ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES DO NOT ACCOUNT FOR HOLIDAYS OR NON - BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING COSTS MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON WEIGHT, VOLUME, POSTAL CODE, AND SHIPPING METHOD. SHIPPING METHOD MAY BE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. REMOTE AREAS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR DELIVERY.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES WILL VARY BASED ON PACKAGE WEIGHT AND DISTANCE. RATES WILL BE SHOWN DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS PRIOR TO PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND 1 - 8 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY(BASED ON DISTANCE). ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 5:00 PM EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 2 DAYS, DURING BUSINESS OUR HOURS, FROM THE LOCATION LISTED AT CHECKOUT . IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP AT THE DESIGNATED TIME, ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD WITH NO REFUND ISSUED .

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELIVERED INCORRECTLY OR LOST DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. 
IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO PURPLE LABEL DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RE-DELIVERY COST.  
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED BY THE USPS AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE.
